Cheesy Scalloped Potatos and Ham

Ingredients
6 medium potatos, sliced1/2 cup onions, chopped1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped1 can cheese soup1.5 lbs of ham, chopped1 cup nonfat milk
Directions
Layer sliced potatos in 9x13 greased pan. Add cubes of ham. Mix together soup, milk, peppers, and onions and pour over the top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for additional 30 minutes.

    This is SUPER quick and easy, and pretty good cheese flavor from the soup. I would not add quite as much milk next time, to keep them thicker. And bake longer so they were crisp on the edges. A great, quick week night dinner. - 3/30/09
