Puree dates in the food processor. Place in bowl.
Chop nuts in food processor (no need to clean the bowl, the nuts will help get some of the date puree out)
Add nuts and coconut to the puree and mix by hand.
Pull off 50g bits, roll to four or five inch cylinders and flatten into bar shape.
This can be eaten as is or used as a base for other flavored bars.
Add any flavors you'd like, change up the type of nuts experiment with replacing some of the dates with other fruit.
