Bruschetta Chicken Bake (no cheese)

Ingredients
6 oz Pepperidge farm herb seasoned stuffing1 TBsp italian seasoning2 clove garlic clove(s), minced 1/2 cup water 1 pound uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces 14 1/2 oz canned fire roasted tomatoes, 1 can, NOT drained salt & pepper
Directions
PREHEAT oven to 400F. Place tomatoes in medium bowl. Add stuffing mix, water and garlic; stir just until stuffing mix is moistened. Set aside.

PLACE chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with the italian seasoning, salt & pepper. Top with stuffing mixture.

BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is cooked through.
