Lemon Parsley chicken

Ingredients
*Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Parsley, .25 cup (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces (remove)Pepper, black, .1 tsp (remove)Lemon Peel, 2 tsp (remove)
Directions
Place chicken halves between 2 sheets of freezer plastic bag, and pound using a mallet. Spinkle with pepper. Combone parsley and lemon rind in small bowll toss gentle. Press in chicken breast. Brush with olive oil and Foreman grill.
