Hot Fudge Cake

Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour1/2 cup sugar2 tbsp cocoa powder2 tsp baking powder1/2 soymilk1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil2 tsp vanilla extract3/4 cup brown sugar1/4 cup cocoa powder1 1/2 cups hot water
Directions
Spray the inside of slow-cooker with cooking spray. Mix flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa, baking powder, and pinch of salt in medium bowl. Stir in soymilk, oil, and vanilla until smooth. It's a very thick batter. Spread in slow-cooker. In another bowl, mix brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa. Stir in hot water til smooth. Pour evenly over batter. Cover and cook on high setting for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Turn off cooker and let sit uncover 30 minutes or serve hot, hot. Serve with cool whip or vanilla icecream.
