Pork and Veggies with Sesame Oil

Ingredients
Pork, fresh, loin, center loin, 20 oz., cut upCanola Oil, 3 tbsp Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced Onions, raw, 1 small slicedChicken Broth, .5 cup Sesame Oil, 1 tsp
Directions
Stir fry pork with onions. Add broth and veggies. Steam covered for 10 minutes. Add sesame oil and cook 1 or 2 more minutes. Serves 3

    I didn't notice that, but you're probably right. Ibuy whatever pork is inexpensive for this dish. And I've done it with chicken and it'sgood that way too. Enjoy
