Ingredients
1lb. ground Turkey 1 packet taco seasoning 1 jar of salsa ( also add one can tomatoes and diced chilis for a kick) 1 package Kraft fat free cheddar or american cheese slices 1 package fat free cream cheese
Directions
Brown turkey in pan. Add salsa and taco seasoning ( tomatos with chilis optional). cut cream cheese into cubes and add to meet and salsa mixture. add kraft fat free cheese slice by slice until melted and mixed. Keep in crock pot to keep warm and melty.
Serve with any tortilla chips or crackers and enjoy!

    This is great! I ommited the salsa and just went with a can of rotel. Tastes wonderful! I have made it once with american and once with cheddar and would definitely only use cheddar as it tastes more cheesy. Thanks so much for the recipe! I love that I can still eat queso! - 3/8/11
