Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

Ingredients
4 portobello mushrooms, about 4"/10 cm eide, stems removed.2 cups cooked Uncle Ben's Wholegrain Brown Rice1 cup no-salt-added tomato or pasta sauce2 tbsp. fresh basil, or parsley1 tsp. dried thyme1/2 tsp ground pepper4 tsp. fresh grated parmesan
Directions
Makes 4 Servings:
Directions: Place mushroom caps, cup side up on a cooking sheet. In a bowl combine rice, tomato sauce, basil, thyme, & pepper. Mound mixture evenly among mushrooms. Sprinkle each with cheese and bake in 350 degrees F oven for about 30 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and cheese golden.
