2 C whole wheat flour1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/2 C brown sugar1/2 shopped walnuts1/4 c wheat germ1/4 c sesame seeds2 tbsp poppy seeds1 egg beaten1 c buttermilk1/4 c oil
Combine first 9 ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat egg, buttermilk and oil together;add to dry ingredients. Stir just until moistened. Pour batter into greased 9x5 loaf pan. Bake at 350 F. for 50-60 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. cool in pan 10 min., then turn on wire rack to cool completely.
