Roasted Carrots with Rosemary

4 cups baby carrots2 tbsp olive oil2 cloves garlic, chopped or minced1.5 tbsp fresh rosemarytsp (or so) salt
Preheat oven to 450. Place carrots in shallow baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, garlic, and rosemary. Bake at 450 degrees for 30-45 minutes, or until you get a nice, brown color on the outside of the carrots.
