Ingredients
1 46oz can of V82 medium onions chopped1/4 c cider vinegar1/4 c worcestershire sauce1/2 Tablespoon Stevia
Directions
Bring the V8 juice to a boil and let simmer about an hour to reduce by half.
Soften onions by stir frying in a non-stick pan with a dab of oil.
Add onions, vinegar, worcestershire sauce and stevia to thick tomato sauce.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
If the sauce is too tart, add 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder.
