Fajitas De Pollo

Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chichen breast halves1/2 T. olive oil2 T. light soy sauce1 medium orange juiced1medium lime, juiced1 T cilantro, finely chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1 Tsp season salt1 Tsp. ground pepper11/2 T. canola oil3 oz red bell pepper, seeded,sliced lengthwise3 oz.green bellpeppers,seeded,sliced lengthwise5 oz. red onion peeled, thinnly sliced1 jalapeno, seeded,cut into small dice1 T low sodium soy sauce
Directions
Slice chicken breast into 1/2in. slices.In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, soysauce, juices, cilantro,garlic, seasoned salt and pepper. Pour mixture over chicken, stirring to fully coat 'cover, refrigerate and allow to marinate for 2 to 4 hours. Heat canola oil in a large skillet over hight heat util its hot enough for stir frying. drain excess marinade from chicken. add chicken to skillet, and saute for 3 min, untill golden brown. Add peppers , onion, and jalapeno, sprinkle with soy sauce . Stir constantly until vegetables are cooked but still firm.
serve immediately
