Potstickers

Ingredients

- 1/4 lb Shrimp, raw, shelled and chopped- 1/4 lb Ground Pork,- 1/2 cup Bok Choy, raw-shredded, - 1/8 cup green onions, raw, chopped- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce- 1/2 tbsp Dry White Wine- 1/2 tsp Cornstarch- 24 Gyoza wrappers (74 cals per 4 wrappers)
Mix all ingredients except wrappers in a bowl. For each potsticker, place about a tsp of mixture in the center of the wrapper. Moisten sides of the wrapper with water, fold in half and pinch to stick the seal.
If you won't be eating them all right now, freeze the portion you want to save for later.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a large skillet. Cook the potstickers on one side over medium heat until the bottoms are golden brown. Pour in 1/3 cup water and cover the pan tightly. Lower the heat and cook until the water has all been absorbed.
Serve with a small dish of soy sauce - dip and enjoy! Makes 24 potstickers.
