Shrimp/Veggie in Yellow Curry

Ingredients
1 Bottle Trader Joe's Yellow Curry Sauce1 bag Birdseye Steamfresh frozen veggies1 bag Trader Joe's pre cooked frozen shrimp1 box Taste of Thai Coconut Ginger RiceDrizzle of EVOO
Directions
1) Pre Heat skillet with small amount of Extra Virgin Olive OIl
2) Thaw Shrimp
3) Steam veggies according to directions on bag
4) Put thawed shrimp into pan
5) Put Steamed Veggies in pan
6) Pour bottle of TJ's Yellow Curry over everything and cover.
7) Cook for about 7-9 Minutes (don't want shrimp to get tough or veggies mooshie)
