1 lbs extra lean ground turkey1 can (15 oz) kidney beans1 can (15 oz) pinto beans2 cans (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies1 can (15 oz) diced/crushed tomatoes1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies1 med onion, chopped1-2 Tbsp chili powderSalt & pepper to taste
1. Heat a large saucepan. Brown turkey together with onion and chili powder
2. Add in tomatoes, beans, chilies, salt and pepper. Add water if mixture is too thick.
3. Cover and simmer for at least 1 hours. Simmering for 2-4 hours is better.
Makes approx. 6, 1-cup servings
