* Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove) * *Canola Oil, 5 tbsp (remove) * *Molasses, blackstrap, .5 cup (remove) * Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed (remove) * 365 A&D Fat Free Milk, .1 cup (remove) * Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cup (remove) * *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup (remove) * Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove) * Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove) * Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tsp (remove) * Ginger, ground, 1.5 tsp (remove)
Mix ingredients together well and pour into a greased loaf pan. Cook at 350 for 1 hour or until tester comes out clean.
