Vidalia Venison (Mushroom and Onion)

Ingredients
4 Tbsps Margarine1 Lb Venison, steaks (4 steaks)Salt and Pepper1 Whole Vidalia Onion1 C Sliced Mushroom1 C Red Wine1 Tbsp Parsley
Directions
1. heat 2 tablespoons margorine in skillet and fry steaks over high heat quickley. (3 min per side)

2. season w/ salt and pepper

3. remove from skillet and keep hot. add remaining two tbsp of margarine and saute onions and mushrooms until tender

4. add red wine and bring to boil, reduce for 2-3 minutes.

5. pour sauce over steaks and sprinkle with parsley
