Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
1/2 Package of Spaghetti (whole grain)1 jar of pasa sauce1 package of chicken breast3 eggs.5 cup fat free milk1.5 cups of bread crumbs1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.

Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.

Mix together eggs and milk in one bowl (or ziploc bag) and breadcrumbs in another.

Cut chicken breasts into strips.

Dip the chicken strips in the egg mixture to coat then dip the chicken strips in the breadcrumbs.

Put in baking dish and bake 30 minutes.

Prepare spaghetti according to package. Drain.

Add the spaghetti sauce (reserving about 1 cup).

Remove the chicken strips when done and add spaghetti to the dish. Top with the cooked chicken strips.

Pour remainder of sauce on top of chicken and sprinkle cheese on top.

Cook in oven for an additional 10 minutes.

Serve with a salad.
