Low carb parmesan meatballs

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Thyme, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped (remove)
Directions
Mix ingredients in bowl, form into meatballs, pan fry with canola oil spray to desired doneness. Serve on bed of lettuce with freshly chopped tomatoes, crema agria and queso cotija
