Fruit Tart

Ingredients

9 inch Pie crust (such as Keebler's Shortbread or Vanilla Wafer)4 small to medium Kiwit2 small Bananas1 cup Sliced Strawberries1 tsp Cornstarch1 tsp Stevia or 2 tsp sugar4 oz. Orange JuiceOptional: Whipped topping, such as Reddi Whip
Glaze:
Combine
1 tsp Stevia (or sugar)
1 tsp cornstarch.
Stir in 4 oz. orange juice.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Remove from heat; cool.
Place vanilla wafter or shortbread crust on a serving plate.
Arrange kiwi fruit in the center.
Slice and arrange bananas around kiwi.
Arrange berries around bananas.
Spoon glaze over fruit.
Serve immediately or chill 1 hour.
Optional: Whipped topping such as Reddi Whip
