Tuna and noodle casserole

Ingredients
Nonstick cooking spray4- oz noodles of choice1/2 cup green onion, chopped fine4-oz fresh mushrooms, sliced thin1 tablespoon margarine5- oz can water packed tuna, drained1 cup plain low-fat yogurt1 tablespoon flour¼ teaspoon marjoram¼ teaspoon thyme¼ teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon white pepper1 tablespoon lemòn juice1/2 cup chow mein noodles
Directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cook noodles according to package directions. Do not overcook. Meanwhile, sauté onios and mushrooms in margarine. Combine cooked noodles, vegetables,and tuna in an 8-inch square bakin dish sprayed with cooking spray. Combine yogurt, flour, marjoram, thyme, salt, pepper and lemòn juice. Fold into the tuna mixture. Top with chow mein noodles. Bake for 30 minutes or microwave for 18-20 minutes until bubbly. Then bake for 30 minutes.
