Open Faced Itly Chicken Sandwich

Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 0.5 cup Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced *Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced Bread, italian, 2 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp
Pre Heat Oven 450*F
1) Filet chicken breast into a even amount of thin slices about 4 to 6 (oz of chicken)
mix salt pepper and garlic power together
sprinkle over chicken on both side.
2) Lay a piece of tinfoil (same size as cookie sheet) on a cookie sheet spray with cooking spray. Add 1/4 cup of sauce evenly over tinfoil in tow sections
3) Lay sliced zuc and squash in 2 sections about the size of each pieces of bread.
4) Place chicken on top of zuc and squash. Mix 1 tbps cheese and oregano sprinkle over chicken
5) Bake for about 15-20 min just until edges or top start to brown
6)Mean while the chicken is cooking add 2 pieces of the bread to the oven and cook just until light brown then rub with garlic clove lightly on both sides of bread. Then spread 1 tabs sauce on one side.
&)When chick is done transfer the vegs and chicken all at once to each peice of sauced bread on a sheet of tinfoil sprayed ligjhty with cooking spray. Top with tomato evenly covering chicken. Then sprickle cheese then sprinkle some oregeno. Put back in oven cook for 8-12 min until hot and cheese melts.
Good with a tossed salad of baby sprinkle, tomatoes, and onion with low cal of fat free garlic dressing

sorry for some reason when i add the instructions it didn't save it and aslo its not a cup of vegtables it didn't save the ingedents right either
