Creamed Spinach Dip

1 10 oz. box chopped spinach, thawed and drained of excess water1/4 cup chopped onion1 tbs of butter1 1/2 tbs of flour1 cup nonfat milk1/4 tsp. nutmeg1 tbs. parmesan cheese4 tbs. pangko bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350
Add butter to saucepan, melt add onion and saute, then add flour to form a rue and paste like mixture. Add 1 cup slightly heated milk - heat in micro for 1 minute before adding to rue. Stir until well blended and not lumpy. Add salt and nutmeg. Then add drained sprinach. Mix well.
Pour into small casserole dish. Top with parmesan and pangko bread crumbs. Bake for 20 min. then set oven to broil for 5 more minutes or until top turns golden brown. Enough for 6 servings at 55 calories 1.5 grams of fat.
