Lasagna Roll ups

Ingredients
10 Ronzoni Whole Grain Lasagna Noodles1 Cup of Amy's Tomato Basil Spaghetti Sauce1 Cup of Ricotta Cheese part skim 1 10 oz package of frozen chopped spinach1/3 cup of Veggie shreds-Parmesan, Mozzeralla, Romano
Directions
Cook noodles according to package.
Drain and lay flat.
Defrost spinach. Mix with ricotta.
Put 1TBS of sauce on bottom of pan and add 2TBS of water.
Lay spinach-cheese mixture on top of noodles roll and put in a 8x8. Top w/ remaining sauce and veggie shreds. Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Makes 5 Servings (2 roll-ups each)

    I liked these but my husband thought they needed more spice,he thought they didn't have much flavor.Also I had to bake them for 40 min at 350,there was no temp provided in the recipe.If I make them again ,I will spice them up a bit - 2/4/09
