Ingredients
1 lb stewing veal1 can tomato soup1/2 can water1 cup chopped onions3 cups cubed yams/sweet potato2 tbsp jerk seasoning
Directions
marinate veal with jerl and onion 1/2 day
Brown meat and onions in dutch pot
add soup and water
place in 250 degree oven 1 hr
add cubed sweet potato
bake another hr
