ginger cookies (no sugar)

Ingredients
2 cups flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp ground ginger1/4 cup canola oil1/4 cup molasses1 large egg2 tsp grated ginger1 cup splenda
Directions
roll by tbsp full into 36 balls
place on cookie sheet 1 inch apart
bake until cookies are cracked but still soft in the center
let cool on sheet 2 min
move to rack to cool completely
