# Venison, 225 grams # Beans, red kidney, 860 grams# *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 4 cup # Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped # Onions, raw, 1 large # Olive Oil, 2 tbsp # Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp# Basil, 2 tbsp # Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp # Chili powder, 2 tsp # *Cumin seed, 1 tsp # Cinnamon, ground, 0.5 tsp
Sear venison with garlic oil in large pot.
Add herbs, onions and peppers, and cook till veggies are tender.
Add tomatoes and cook for 30 mins, then add beans and cook till hot. Top with shredded cheese and sour cream.
