3/4 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Cinnamon, ground1/8 tsp Cardamom, ground1 1/2 cup Milk, 2%1 Egg White2 tbsp Butter, unsalted1 tbsp Honey1 Granny Smith Apple, grated1/4 tsp Salt
Mix oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cardamom, and salt in a large bowl.
Make a well in the center of the flour mixture. Add the milk, egg white, butter, honey, and apple in the center. Whisk the liquid, gently combining the flour until just combined.
Heat a griddle over medium heat and coat with cooking spray. Working in batched, pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto griddle and cook until bubbles appear on surface and undersides are golden-brown, about 1 minute. Flip with a spatula and cook other side, about 1 minute.
