Carmalized Onion, Green Bean & Cherry Tomato Tian

2.5 cups fresh green beans1 large onion, thinly sliced6 cloves of garlic, smashed1 packet of sugarsalt, to tastepepper, to taste2 tablespoons balsamic vinegardried basil, to tastedried oregano, to taste2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved1/4 cup grated parmesean cheese
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Cook beans in boiling water for 3 minutes.
3. Drain and rinse under cold water.
4. Cook onion, garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper with PAM for approx. 8 minutes until browned; stir frequently
5. Stir in vinegar, basil & oregano; cook for 2 minutes
6. Remove from heat
7. Arrange beans in baking dish coated with PAM
8. Top with onion mixture
9. Arrange tomatoes on top and sprinkle with cheese
10. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes or until the cheese is lightly browned.
