Ingredients
1 lb. elbows1 onion, chopped1 lb. ground turkey or lean ground beef1 can diced tomatoes, undrained1 lg. can hunts tomato saucesalt & pepper
Directions
Boil elbows as directed. Brown ground beef & onions. Add in sauce and tomatoes, simmer until hot. Add to cooked pasta.

*Green pepper can also be added
* I usually add garlic powder, basil, oregano to taste
