Italian Mini Meatloaves

Ingredients
1 beaten egg1 cup soft bread crumbs1/2 cup bottled spaghetti sauce1 or 2 garlic cloves1/2 teaspoon rosemary1 pound lean ground beef1/2 pound ground pork sausage6 2 1/2 x 1/2 x 1/2 sticks of mozzarella cheesebottled spaghetti sauceshredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients except the cheese sticks, shredded cheese and extra bottled spaghetti sauce.
Divide the meat mixture into 6 even portions, form each portion around one of the cheese sticks.
Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes at 350.
Spoon some spaghetti sauce on top and sprinkle some of the shredded cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.

You can freeze unbaked loaves and cook them later. Loosely cover the loaves and bake for an hour at 325, spoon on the spaghetti sauce and cheese and bake for another five minutes.
