Directions
One cup white flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, teaspoon cinnamon, a quarter teaspoon salt, a quarter teaspoon ground ginger and one quarter teaspoon allspice mixed altogether. Then mix 1/2 cup or butter (or 1 stick) and 1 cup brown sugar on high until creamy, add one egg and mix again. Then add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 3/4 cup of REAL pumpkin puree and your dry ingredients and mix EVERYTHING together.
This recipe makes enough for an 8x8 baking pan, the serving size is calculated for 8 1" brownies.
