Ingredients
1 onion1 pound winter squash (preferably hubbard or sweet pumpkin)1 pound yams or sweet potatoes1 cup coconut milkoil to saute1/2 tsp. cinnamon, ground1/4 tsp. cloves, groundsalt to taste
Directions
Peel and chop onion. Peel and chop squash and yams into bite sized pieces.


Fry onion in a skillet until tender. Stir in all the other ingredients. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat and cover. Cook, stirring occasionally, until all the vegetables are tender. (10-15 minutes)
