3 Pork Chops1/2 cup Bread Crumbs1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese1 Extra Large Eggs1/4 Vegetable Oil
Directions
Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan Cheese
Place on plate
Beat Egg
Coat Pork Chops with Bread Crumb Mixture
Dip in Egg - Coat Pork Chop
Coat again witn Bread Crumb Mixture
Heat 1/4 cup oil in Pan
Fry Pork Chops for approximately 15 minutes on each side
