Mammaw's fruity cranberry mold

Ingredients
I package fresh cranberries1 box of sugar-free cherry jello3 cups marshmallow miniatures1 red apple to yield 1/2 cup chopped with peeling1 green apple to yield 1/2 cup chopped with peeling1 cup chopped pecans (1/2 cup is also fine if you are trimming calories)1 Tablespoon fresh grated orange rind1 cup chopped celery
Directions
Boil 1 package of fresh creanberries in a medium sauce pan until they pop, add jello mix and reduce heat. Add 1 cup diced celery and a half cup each red apple and green apple, a tablespoon of grated orange rind. When celery gets soft but not soggy, add marshmallows and pecans and remove from heat stirring until well blended. When it's slightly cooled and the ingredients begin to hang suspended, pour into a mold or thin bowl if you don't have a mold. Refridgerate over night. Fill sink with hot water and put the bowl in to loosen the mold just a few secondsuntil you can tell it has releassed on all sides. Put a plate over the mold and turn upside down. Refridgerate till ready to serve.
