Vegan Meatballs - 60 balls/15 servings/4 serv each

Ingredients
Meatballs:1 can veggie ground meat2 medium onions4 Tbl olive oil1 cup pecan meal1 1/2 cups saltine crackersEgg replacer to equal 4 eggs1 cup VeganRella cheese alternative1 1/2 tsp garlic salt1 Tbl soy sauce1/2 tsp celery saltSauce:2 sticks worth of a vegan margarine2 cups ketchup1 cup brown sugar4 tsp chili powder
Directions
MEATBALLS: Mix all ingredients together and use a small melon scoop and place on cookie sheets. Bake for 30 min at 300 degrees. Best to store in a container overnight or freeze for a later date.
Makes 50-75.
SAUCE: Heat all ingredients until melted and pour over meatballs using 9x13 cassserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 min.
