Almond Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/4 cup plain fat free yogurt 1/2 chicken breast, boiled and diced1/4 cup finely diced celery 1/4 cup slivered almonds
Directions
Combine lemon juice, yogurt, and blend well. Toss with chicken, celery and almonds. Serve on bread or crisp lettuce. I also like to enjoy it with some whole wheat, low sodium crackers(not included in calculations)
