vegetable soup made from zucchini broth

Ingredients
10 servings around 6 carbs per 1 cup serving20 servings 1/2 cup is 3.1 servingsIf you are on weight watchers or low fat it is pretty much free except for the ham which is only one slice.
Directions
Steam zucchini, summer squash and a little onion. The left over water is the broth u use for the soup. Put a about a cup of zucchini and onion mixture in soup, 2 bouillon cubes beef, celery(I used about 8 stalks) and a slice of ham. Let it cook on low for about 10 minutes or so..season to taste. Enjoy
