Creole Shrimp Primavera

Ingredients
1 lb. DreamFields lo-carb Penne Rigate-cooked and drained2 c sliced zucchini2 c sliced yellow squash (summer)1 sm. can slice black olives1/3 c capers1 can Hunt's Diced Tomatos with Balsamic Vinegar, basil and olive oil4 garlic cloves minced1 lb. med raw gulf shrimp8 oz. bag of Kraft 2% Italian shredded cheese2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
saute all ingredients, EXCEPT pasta and shrimp, in olive oil....when veggies are still crisp add shrimp and cook till pink (will not take long). Drain excess water from pan and toss in a large bowl. Toss in pasta and bag of cheese. Toss till cheese begins to melt the serve in a bowl sprinkled with creole seasoning like Tony Chachere's! Makes a bunch!
