Ingredients
Bread dough:1 cup warm water2 Tablespoons olive oil2-1/2 to 3 cups bread flour (or a mixture of white and wheat flour)2 teaspoons granulated sugar1 package yeast (no neeed to "proof" the yeast, just add it like you would any other dry ingredient)Combine all ingredients. Knead until smooth and elastic .Let rise in greased bowl 30 minutes to 1 hour. While bread is rising assemble the following:4 slices thinly sliced ham (4 oz)24 slices of thinly sliced pepperoni3 oz. sliced provolone cheese1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Once the bread dough has risen (only needs to rise slightly, not double like a loaf of bread would)place dough on a lightly greased baking sheet and pat out into a 15"x10" rectangle.
Layer the following ingredients in a 3"-4" swath down the center of the long side: mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, provolone and ham. Fold the sides of dough to the center, overlapping 2-3". Turn the ends under to seal and prevent the cheese from leaking out.
Brush top of loaf with butter (if desired) and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, oregano leaves and garlic powder.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from pan and cut with electric knife into 7 two-inch slices. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.

Serving size one slice; recipe makes 7 two-inch slices.
