Cranberry Muffins

Ingredients
2 c. flour1 c. sugar2 t. baking powder1/4 t. salt1 1/2 c. cranberries, fresh, chopped2/3 c. milk1/4 c. butter, meltedjuice from 1 lemon1/2 t. vanilla extract1 large egg, lightly beaten
Directions
Makes 12.

Preheat oven to 400.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Stir well. Stir in cranberries. Make a well in the center. Combine milk, butter, lemon juice, vanilla, and egg in a small bowl. Pour liquid mixture into well. Stir until moist. Spoon into a greased muffin pan.

Cook for 18 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
