Ingredients
beat egg whites, savebeat egg yoks with 6T sugar about .5?stir in ground nuts 6T, bread crumbs 4T and flour 2T?fold in egg whites...bake on cookie sheet 350 @ 15minmake custard first so it cools while cake bakingbeat 1 whole egg, .5C sugar and .25C flour then add 2C water or skim milk and cook in microwave in short burst of energy till forms custard, stir often coolbeat butter till fluffy, add vanilla and then add cool custardtake baked dough invert on sugared cloth and roll up...coollunroll and spread with butter custard roll and spread butter custard on top sprinkle with grd nuts. chill untill serving...then take out of fridge 1/2 before serving. enjoy
