Low-Carb Chocolate Shake

Ingredients
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder2 TbspHeavy Cream1 cup Water1 Tsp Sugar Substitute (I used Splenda- do this to taste)1 handful of Ice
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender or drink mixer. Blend until smooth. You might need to add more water to thin if it is too thick.
