4 medium potatoes, pealed and chopped into bite size pieces1/4 real bacon bits1 cup low fat sour cream1 cup 2% shredded cheddarsaltpepperonion powderchives(optional)
place potoaes in pot or crockpot and add enough water to cover. Cook untill potaoes are tender(time varies depending on method). Stir in sour cream, cheese, bacon, and seasoning. Simmer for 20 minutes or longer if desired.
