Ingredients
1-15oz can of Libby's canned pumpkin2.5 cups heavy whipping cream2.5 cups of splenda-more or less to tasteground cinnamon-add to tastepumpkin pie spice-add to tastevanilla extract-2 Tbsp.
Directions
mix pumpkin, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice vanilla and Splenda in a bowl. set aside. In a cold glass, ceramic or metal bowl-mix the whipping cream on high speed until stiff. Slowly blend in pumpkin mixture while continuing to mix the whipping cream. can be served right away, store the rest in a covered bowl.
