Ingredients
Pumpkin, cooked, 2 cup, mashed (remove)Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 12 fl oz *Pumpkin Pie spice, 3 tsp Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 1/2 cup (remove)*Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1.5 C Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Directions
Mix all ingredients together & fold into 8 inch pie plate sprayed with Pam. Bake for 50-60 minutes until done.
