Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 500 gramsOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) - chopped or gratedOlive Oil, 1 1tspCarrots, raw, 1 cup, choppedTomato Passata, 250 gram(s)Cinnamon stickGarlic, 1 cloveSalt and pepper
Directions
In a pan, heat the olive oil with the onions and garlic for a couple of minutes. Add the beef and cook until brown all over. Add the tomato sauce, carrots and cinnamon stick, pepper and water if needed. Bring to boil and turn the heat to very low. LEave it to cook for approximately 20 minutes or until the beef is completely cooked. 5-10 minutes before it's done add the salt. Hope you enjoy!
