Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
Rice (1.5 CUP COOKED)Velveeta (12 oz)Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup (1can)Broccoli (20 oz chopped)Durkee Fried Onions (1 cup plus 1/2 cup)
Directions
Chop broccoli to desired size. Cube Velveeta into small cubes. Mix all ingredients and put in covered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove cover and top with 1/2 cup fried onions and bake for 5 more minutes. Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
