Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 4 cup, chopped I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 4 serving Chicken Breast, with skin, 6 unit *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp 5 bay leaves*Knorr Chicken Bouillon, 2 tsp or more to tastePepper, black, 1 dash Salt, 1 dash or more to tasteSaffron, 2 tbsp *Potato, raw, 6 cup diced 4 tomatoes4 garlic cloves1/2 onion
Directions
Heat oven 350 degrees. wash chicken place in dish were you ussually bake your thanksgiving turkey. Add 1 tbs butter in 4 corners of dish, mix carrots with potatoes and bay leaves spread on top of chicken. In a blender add the rest of ingredients with 2 tsp water blend to a sauce, add on top of chicken with vegetables cover with foil paper place in oven for about an hour
