Mom's stuffing

Ingredients
2 loaves of bread, dried3 large onions, chopped10 potatoes, cooked and mashed2 tbsp ground savory
Directions
Dry out 2 loaves of bread by leaving on cookie sheets over night. (You can use croutons if you like but the nutritional value will not be the same). Break each piece of bread into small cubed pieces.

Cut up 3 onions, finely, and add to bread.

Add cooked, mashed potatoes (just mash them like you are about to used them for mashed potatoes...do not whip them...do not add any other ingredients to them like you would for making mashed potatoes normally) to bread and onions.

Add savory and mix all ingredients together.

You can put some of this in your turkey if you choose. Put the remaining in a baking dish and bake at 350F for an hour.
